Resources, Resources and more FREE Resources!
Wow - what a wonderful week it has been! I am so inspired by all the new members that are joining us and the lovely emails I am receiving about the resources. It made me realise that I am actually building a community and not just a free teaching resource platform.
So from this week you will be able to leave comments on the resources you use with your students. Let other teachers know how you used them, let me know if you find any mistakes so I can fix them immediately and if you find some of them a bit tricky let me know so I can make an answer sheet.
I am also super pleased this week to be in the final stages of publishing my own first book. Having read and created resources for so many books over the years I decided to have a go at writing my own. Well, actually my daughter was given an assignment to write a book for her Year 10 Geography class and while helping her with ideas I came up with a concept I loved and which she didn't want to use. Let me know what you think of the cover and blurb which are below. I will let you know more about the story in next week's newsletter.
As always we also added new free sets of book resources to the site and again they are shortlisted 2020 CBCA books. Click on either worksheet set below to access the resources and please leave a comment to let me and everyone else know what you think of these.
If you know of anyone else who can use these free resources please refer them to the site and share the love of books and teaching. In the meantime if you have any questions or comments.
